Smoked Turkey
Greens (I have to be honest I like to take the shortcut by using cut, cleaned, and shredded bagged greens)
A cup of Chicken Broth
½ of a medium onion
Place the smoked turkey in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of chicken broth. Cook the smoked turkey on high pressure for 20 mins. Once the pot is finished, do a quick release by turning the valve in the back and let the pot release the pressure. This usually takes about 3-5 mins. Next, add your greens directly on top of the cooked smoked turkey. I like to toss with onions. If you like your greens with more of a liquid base, feel free to add a bit more chicken broth to the pot. I would be cautious about adding any additional seasoning. Pressure cook for 18 mins. Once the timer goes off, do a quick release and allow the pressure to come out of the pot, usually around about 8 mins. Your greens are done. Give the greens a quick stir, and the smoked turkey will break up into the cooked collard greens. Enjoy!
