Eddy's Restobar is an interesting neighborhood bar that many expats frequent near Gaisano Grand Mall in Lapu Lapu, Mactan, Cebu, The Philippines. Pops, the owner, is quite engaging and with an interesting story about opening and operating this business through the last 2+ years of travel restrictions. Eddys shares some of the space with another restaurant and is located in a food court area that includes a burger place, pizza restaurant, and other restaurants with an area for sitting and dining. There is also a massage business in this area.
