After coming down from Live Oak I set up at this crossing for an oncoming BNSF train here on the Sac Sub as my third catch of the day. It luckily had an BNSF Executive Paint EMD SD70MAC unit in its consist here at this nice sounding Griswold Bell and EM Signal crossing that are still here. There were two other trains also coming from Oroville direction north of here on the Sac Sub but going south on the Valley Sub with the first one being an rock work train and then the Rocklin Rocket behind it. Unfortunately the time for all three trains was not good as I had to miss the Rock Train as I was already waiting at this crossing for this train but caught the Rocket in Marysville after this train. This crossing is an UPRR late 1980s to late 1990s signal build UP Safetran EM install with changes to its lights and gates. It's Griswold Bells are reused from the former WPRR 1950s Griswold EM install that was here before these EM's.
