Till date, I have never called any project of Lodha a scam. I don't recall calling any real estate project an outright scam, But I am saying this loud and clear for Lodha's Codename One and Only: IT IS A SCAM. This real estate project and this transaction is virtually engineered to make you lose a lot of money, and make you lose all control over your money.
