The Uganda Peoples Defense Force has intensified security deployment of the Uganda-Congo border in Kisoro District following fresh fighting between the M23 rebels and the Congolese national army FARDC.
Brig Gen. Felix Kulayigye the defence Spokesperson has confirmed the deployment but assured Ugandans that security is in control of the situation a long the Uganda Congo border line in Kisoro.
