Dal pakwan is a very healthy, tasty and delicious snack which is a Sindhi favorite. So cook up this fairly simple dish, and leave your friends and family begging for more.
Channa Dal (chick peas)
Ingredients
1 bowl channa dal (soaked for 1 hour)
1 tomato grated
1 onion
2 green chilies
1 inch ginger
coriander
1 tsp coriander powder (dhania powder)
1/4 tsp turmeric
3-4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Tamarind Chutney
Ingredients
1/2 bowl of tamarind pulp
1 small onion
coriander
1/3 tsp red chilli
1 green chili
1 tbsp jaggery
salt to taste
Pakwaan
Ingredients
1 cup maida ( flour)
salt to taste
3-4 tsp oil
