How to Make Raw Zucchini Fettuccine Noodles

1. Use the vegetable peeler to peel the skin from the zucchini.2. Peel strips off of the zucchini, making sure to give it a slight horizontal turn after each peeling. This will ensure that the strips have the same approximate size as a typical fettuccine noodle.
3. Continue peeling the entire zucchini into strips.
