Sasha: Hi I'm Sasha with 407apartments tv. I'm here at the Edge Orlando apartments near UCF. So let's go check out what they have to offer.
Sasha: So I'm here with Kyle. Can you tell me what's the most unique thing about the community?
Kyle: Well we have our 4/4 that we're going to be looking at today. On the first and second floor of our apartments we have an area on the porch it's for the furniture. Also with the 4/4 we have the most storage than any of our apartments.
Sasha: What are your top 3 amenities that your residents love?
Kyle: Definitely the pool, our pool is our most infamous part of the property. A lot of people go there and we have a lot of events happen there at our pool. We also have our shuttle that gives you three opportunities to get to campus if you need to and we have our movie room which residents can check out for and entire 24 hrs. We hold marathons inside of and you're welcome to watch whatever movie you want inside of it too.
Sasha: What kind of floor plans do you offer at The Edge?
Kyle: We have 1/1s, that's a studio style apartment. We also have 2/2s with a private bathroom, a 3/3 also with a private bathroom and a 4/4 as well, and a 4/2 that has a shared bathroom.
Sasha: Where is your community located and what are some attractions nearby?
Kyle: We're at the intersection of Alafaya Trail and Research Parkway within walking distance of UCF. We're about a 10-minute walk at most.
Sasha: Awesome, let's go take a look at the 4 bedroom / 4 bath model.
Kyle: This is our 4/4 model. Just like all the apartments in the property, everything is fully furnished. It comes with everything inside the apartment such as the leather couches, everything from that to the dining room table. All the apartments have a special area for our fully sized side-by-side washer and dryer. And all our kitchens include all you'll ever need, so there's a microwave, a high-speed dishwasher, a garbage disposal as well, and lots of extra storage space for any of your kitchen needs.
All leases come with free parking. Carports are included if you wanted to upgrade to those and they are assigned close to your apartment so you don't have to walk very far for them. And they only cost a little extra per month. Because we're an individually leased property, you're only responsible for your own self and the apartment so need to rely on anybody else in order to make each month's rent.
This is one of our bedrooms. Inside of it we have everything that's included such as the mattress, the bedframe, the desk and the dresser. We also have cable and Internet jacks inside all the rooms so if you have your own personal TV you can bring that. Or if you wanted to use the cable jacks t o put a wi-fi router or anything else, you can. We also offer private bathrooms for our 4/4s, 3/3s, 2/2s and 1/1s, so no need to go into the living room or another part of the apartment in order to use your own bathroom.
So this is our gym. It's s 24-hour gym. It's open 7 days a week. To get inside we give all our residents one of these access cards. You'll be able to use any of the equipment here. There are free-weights over there and our cardio equipment over here. Attached to it is also our computer lab, which is also open 24 hours and 7 days a week. We have mac computers, and pc computers if you want to do any homework or anything. There's a study room in the back too. And at our clubhouse too we also have our tanning bed and our game room and also our movie theater.
