Catch ,clean & cook Permit Jack. Went out on a solo fishing adventure when I decided to try out a fairly new spot. I had some big shrimp so I put one on the hook and set the line. This fish cost me 1LB of giant shrimp, it paid off on the last two shrimp. It was fun landing this permit jack.. FISH ONN!!!
