The Lead Director Centre For Social Justice, Mr Eze Onyekpere, has said that the allocation to capital expenditure in Nigeria's 2014 budget is too small to push the needed infrastructure development.
Analysing Nigeria's 2014 budget on Channels Television Programme, the Gavel, Mr Onyekpere stressed that 23.7 per cent of the total amount in the budget was allocated to capital expenditure, an amount he said was very poor for a country aspiring to rank among the top 20 countries in the world economy by 2020.
