Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep time: 15m Cooking time: 60m | 475 calories & 10g fat p/serving)
- 500g Minced Beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 4 Bacon Rashers
- Oil (to fry)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 150ml Red Wine
- 150ml Milk
- 2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- Handful Fresh Basil
- Spaghetti (to serve)
