Did a video of the two signals I haven't done a video of yet here at 2nd Avenue. This crossing also features a yellow flasher advance warning signal and a no left turn blank out LED signal. The yellow flasher warning signal is for the sharp turn of 2nd Ave where you can't see the railroad crossing so they installed the yellow flasher for that side to slow down approaching the crossing and prepare to stop. They had bigger signs on it but took them off for that small one. It's likely neither UP or SACRT owned the yellow flasher and instead Caltrans likely owns it. The no left turn signal is likely owned by SACRT though.
The left turn blank out signal however is burnt out now and barely has any LEDs working on it I guess SACRT forgot about that signal. It was for cars to not turn left when the crossing is getting ready to activate so traffic could clear the railroad tracks during preemption so left turn cars coming from my side I'm filming from wond impede them exiting the crossing.
Both signals for the railroad crossing here at 2nd Avenue activate before the railroad crossing itself due to preemption. With the no left turn signal I missed it's activation because I didn't notice it was on.
