About this 7-Day Walking Workout Weight Loss Challenge:
This is an easy 7-Day Challenge for Women Over 50 who want to get healthier and/or lose weight. It does not require you to intensely exercise, nor do you have to go on a highly restrictive or fad diet. This Challenge is designed to help you take successfully steps in the right direction. It will help you to get moving and to create new, healthier eating habits.
You can start this challenge at any time. What makes it simple is that you can do the 15 Minute Walking Workouts right at home. You don’t need a lot of space, nor do you need any special equipment.
Also, since the focus is on making healthier food choices over time, you don’t need to run out to buy a specific menu of foods. This challenge does not require you to follow a restrictive diet. One of the goals is for you to become more mindful regarding your eating choices which can lead to a healthier lifestyle.
You can repeat the strategies in this challenge each week until you reach your weight loss goal. So, there’s no need to stress about being perfect throughout this challenge. It’s more important to think about making progress over time. Think of this as a new lifestyle not a diet.

Later in the video, she states that if you can’t walk outside, you can still benefit by walking indoors on a treadmill. I’ll add to that by saying, if you don’t have a treadmill, then no worries! Come walk with me each day! No equipment required!
