Nationals Senate Leader Bridget McKenzie says the investment into nuclear energy is a “drop in the ocean” to secure Australia’s future.
The Opposition has announced its nuclear plan and listed seven potential sites where it will build nuclear reactors if it wins the next election.
Ms McKenzie told Sky News Australia that it adds to a “low emissions future” for the globe.
