The craft beer brewer has been handed an open letter from over 300 members of staff accusing them of a systemic toxic work environment.
 
BrewDog co-founder James Watt has ordered an independent review after employees accused the company’s founders of creating an aggressive culture that excused sexism, misogyny and left some feeling harassed.
