European Union foreign ministers will discuss slapping more sanctions on Russia on Monday in a bid to force Moscow to stop its attacks in Ukraine.
They also plan to target Russia's energy and oil sector. For now, the EU is divided on how to tackle the energy issue, given the bloc's dependence on Russian gas. Speaking ahead of the meeting, foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said Russia's attack on Mariupol is "a war crime".
