My friend Marco and I had the opportunity to participate the adult tennis training camp (with fitness) at the Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy at Mallorca. It was a one-week program and it was quite eye-opening. The facility was gorgeous, about 50 tennis courts in total (25 clay, 25 hard). The campus is definitely one of the world-class training ground for professional / up-and-coming tennis players.
What is interesting is that the program is taught on clay. So for North American tennis players, it's a bit of a transition. You do not have to be a professional tennis player to sign up for the adult tennis program.
