Ingredients

To Marinate chicken

Chicken -1 - 1 1/2 kg
Salt - 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 1tsp
Curd - 2 Tbsp
Lime juice

Ghee / Dalda & Oil
Cinnamon
Cardamom Pods
Cloves
Bayleaf - optional
Peppercorns - 1 Tsp
Onion - 5 Nos Thinly Sliced
Green paste
Marinated chicken
Rice - Short grain rice!! I used the long grain rice !! 3-4cups
1 cup of rice 1 1/2 cup water

To Make Green Paste
Mint Leaves
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Garlic
Ginger
Green chillies
Water

Notes : after three whistles turn off the stove and wait for 10-20mins before opening!

Cook chicken 60-70% in gravy before adding the rice.
