Maggi noodles is everybody's favorite.. Let's go beyond maggi noodles.. Beyond Masala Maggi .. Let's make Chinese masala maggi and stuff it in spring rolls and it becomes very yummylicious.
Lets check out the ingredients :
Step 1 :
Boil the maggi noodles :
- Water (1 lit)
- Bring it to boil.
- Put Salt
- Boil noodles for 2 min
- Cook until its 95% done
( Do not overboil it )
- Drain the noodles.
- Drizzle oil ( it prevents sticking)
- Set it aside.
Step 2 :
Stir fry
- Oil (1 tbsp)
- Onions (cut in juliennes)(1/3 cup)
- Ginger garilc paste (1 tbsp)
- Capsicum (1/4 cup)
- Carrot (1/4 Cup)
- Saute for 1 min
- Red bell pepper (1/4 cup)
- Cabbage (1/3 Cup)
- Soy sauce (1 Tsp)
- Red chili sauce (1 Tbsp) ( more if you like more spicy)
- Salt to taste (Rem you have already added salt in the noodles while boiling)
- Black Pepper (1/4 Tsp)
- Saute for 1 min
- Cover for another min
- Mix in the boiled noodles
- You can also serve this as it is chinese maggi noodles
- Fresh coriander (2 Tbsp)
Step 3 :
Making Spring Rolls :
- Take Spring roll sheets (these noodles will make 15 -18 spring rolls)
Slurry :
- All Purpose flour (2 Tbsp)
- Water (3 tbsp)
- Make slurry
- Apply slurry on the sides
- Fold the sides
- Apply more slurry on the sides
( Ensure properly sealed)
- Roll it tightly
Step 4 :
Deep Fry :
- Oil (Enough to deep fry)
- Fry till its golden brown and crispy
- Serve it hot
