The other common question what patient asks is if they have any past history of testicular trauma while playing cricket or football or a fall from the bicycle in the past. So a damage to one testicle, it shouldn’t be a problem because if the other testis is fine, it should not be a problem for subfertility. If there is any problem to both the testicles, or hitting both the testicles, then there is significant effect on male subfertility.
