The trick of this dessert, which is made easily by boiling, is to choose a good pumpkin. After choosing a good pumpkin, peel it, chop it, add sugar and leave it overnight. Cook it with its own water for about an hour over medium heat without adding any water. Determine the cooking time by checking the pumpkin and the amount of water.
You can use tahini and walnuts for serving.
