There is a circle with an angle formed by two radii. 
This angle is called the central angle, and the length of the corresponding arc is called the arc length. 
To solve these types of problems, all you need to remember is the formula arc length/circumference = central angle/360°. 
The idea is that the parts are proportional to the whole.
