A stone staircase (around 50 steps) will take you the waterfall. Kanchenjunga Falls is situated in the western town of Pelling, and an hour's journey via Pelling-Rimbi Road will bring you to this spot.

Very good hotel indeed, it is situated beside the helipad ground in upper Pelling. You can see clear view of Kanchenjunga from the window of the rooms as well as the pletonic sunrise from the room.
Which is better Darjeeling or Pelling?
as mentioned correctly above by Rahul, if you are looking for a family holiday, Darjeeling would be a better option. But if you are interested for a relaxed holiday with short hikes in the nature/countryside, then Pelling is recommended. Both the places have nice monasteries to visit.
