Ingredients – Rava Appam
Semolina – 1 cup
Curd/ Yogurt – ½ cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) – 1, small sized
Carrot (grated) – ½, medium sized
Capsicum (chopped) – ½, medium sized
Corn Kernels – 1 table spoon
Green peas – 1 table spoon
Green Chili – 1, finely chopped
Peanuts – 1 table spoon (crushed)
Ginger (grated) – ½ inch
Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
Desi Ghee – 1 table spoon + to cook
Black Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 8 to 10 leaves
ENO – 1 pouch (1 tsp)

सामग्री - रवा अप्पम​​​​​​​​​​
रवा (सूजी) - १ कप​
दही – १/२ कप​
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच​
प्याज (कटा हुआ) - १, छोटा आकार​
गाजर (किसी हुई) – १/२, मध्यम आकार​
शिमला मिर्च (कटी हुई) – १/२, मध्यम आकार​
मक्की के दाने - १ चम्मच​
मटर - १ चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - १, बारीक कटी हुई
मूंगफली के दाने - १ चम्मच (पीसे हुए)
अदरक (किसा हुआ) – १/२ इन्च​
हरा धनिया - १ चम्मच​
देशी घी - १ चम्मच​ + पकाने के अनुसार​
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच​
कढी पत्ते - ८ से १० पत्ते
ईनो - १ पाउच (१ छोटा चम्मच​)
