Hey ya'll! I cannot stress enough how IMPORTANT it is to STRETCH before AND after your workout! If our muscles are too tight, that makes them fragile, & puts us at risk for energy. I put together a 10 minute routine for you here. I'm holding the stretches for about 5 breaths but feel free to hold them longer if needed. Hope you enjoy!
