So we as a family decided we would go camping in the Lake District for Father’s Day and what better place to go then my most favourite place (great langdale).
We stayed at the beautiful great langdale campsite which is situated right at the bottom of numerous mountains. Ideal for any mountain lover!
On the Saturday once the weather calmed down we set of in attempt at reaching Harrison stickle. Me being me misjudged how intense it would be for the little one and the mrs who have never done anything like this.
In the end we made it to stickle tarn which was more then enough for them and we all agreed the loose screw route from stickle tarn to the top of Harrison stickle was abit much for there first hike.
