He also noted the potential to boost bilateral trade, which currently stands at $14 billion annually, and highlighted avenues for collaboration in manufacturing, agriculture modernization, and mobility, including skilled labor exchange programs.
The Vespucci's visit marks one of three recent port calls by Italian Navy ships in India, reflecting deepening ties between the two nations.
