The following are described: the mouth (amylase, chemical digestion and physical digestion), the oesophagus (peristalsis), the stomach (hydrochloric acid, protease), the small intestine, the liver (bile), gall bladder, pancreas, rectum (storage of faeces), and anus (egestion of faeces).
