How to make CLARIFIED BUTTER at home: [ Ссылка ]
(Serves 4/6)
Ingredients:
1kg Lamb on the bone ( I used leg)
450g tomatoes
60g fried onions
3 tbs garlic & ginger paste
250ml clarified butter
4 bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
Spices as follows:
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
4 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
30g unsalted cashews
8 green cardamom
8 cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp mace
4 green chillies
500ml water
