Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich, former Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Willy Bett and former Trade & Industrialization Cabinet Secretary Adan Mohammed have been implicated in the Sugar report tabled by the joint Parliamentary committee that investigated the Sugar crisis in the Country. NTV's Seth Olale also reports that the Kenya Bureau of Standards report on the presence of Mercury in sugar has differed with that of Government Chemist under the Ministry of Health...However the report does not give any names of those who imported the poisoned sweetener
