What's the secret sauce for success? Is it Mindset, Skillset or Toolset?
In this episode I'm joined by Dave Gambrill, Digital Marketing Mentor and host of the Unleash The Awesome Podcast. Dave is a digital entrepreneur who is connected to many of the industries top influencers but as Dave says - he doesn't like to name drop.
I met Dave in the John C. Maxwell Leadership Team community and when my transition to my encore career came a few years ago and I found him pouring into a very active Facebook Group, Digital Marketing Mentorship with Dave Gambrill. Dave is all in on serving this community and helping others to reach goals and vision. He as a great help to me when I launched a membership community technology executives last year. He has quite a following there and also on his podcast, Unleash The Awesome. For those looking go for success on-line you really owe it to yourself connect with Dave.
This as a fun interview! Dave has some great transition stories and shared many pearls of wisdom from his journey. He has a very interesting background including various jobs from technology recruiting, to working in various aspects of professional sports including minor league base ball, major leagues with Philadelphia Flyers and 76-ers , and other events at the their arenas. He then landed in pharmaceutical sales. Over time Dave then moved into providing leadership development programs and coaching. He was an early entrant into taking his offerings on-line. Many people reached out to him with questions on how to do business successfully on-line which led to him leaving his corporate position to go full time with his own business.
