A stiff neck is a stiff body. Here are some good tips about how to reconnect the movement of the neck to the center of your body. This will help the front and back of the body coordinate more smoothly for both flexion and extension and a longer, more fluid spine. The head and neck are merely the top of the spine; they coordinate with the pelvis.
