➡️Ingredients and method
Egg 2 at room temperature.
Caster Sugar 1 cup.
Mix well.
Butter or oil 1/2 cup.
Vanilla essence 1 Tsp.
mix well.
All purpose flour 1 and 1/2 cup.
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Baking soda 1/ 2 Tsp.
Sieve/sifted.
Mix again .
Add lukewarm or milk at room temperature 1/2 cup.
Mix well.
Separate 1/4th portion of this batter .
add cocoa powder 1/4th cup.
Milk 3 to 4 tbsps at room temperature.
Mix well .
Mould size 6inches.
Grease mould with oil or butter,place butter papper.
Add batter alternatively.
Must tap for 30 seconds to remove air bubble.
Make pattern with skewers stick.
Preheat shan gas tandoor for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Then add batter filled mould on double grill given with shan gass tandoor.
Place in tandoor, cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes on low flame.
must check with skewer stick ,if its dry cake is ready.
Serve and enjoy.
