According to the most recent Times Now updates, the AAP-BJP fight in Delhi has erupted over the CBI's investigation into a corruption case. At first, the AAP leader came forward and said that some of the AAP leaders were approached by the BJP, but the MLA refused to be bought out by the BJP. AAP said, "Operation Lotus failed and we are ready for any probe." Now, AAP wants a CBI probe against the leaders of BJP who are approaching AAP leaders to join BJP.
The AAP leaders were standing outside the CBI office and asked for an appointment with the CBI officials. They want to give a letter to the CBI director, but they have not yet received any response from the CBI office.
Remember , CBI can't register a case directly, it has to go through the process of LG first. AAP leaders in the national capital signed a letter and sent it to LG with the allegations they made against the BJP. LG will send this letter to the CBI director and the CBI will take action.
