While creating the film adaptation of "The Great Train Robbery," Michael Crichton was in unfamiliar territory.
"I was terrified during most of the filming because I had done two movies previously. They were both in the United States. They were both basically Hollywood studio pictures. And now I was doing this international film with a split crew, half English and half Irish in foreign countries with big movie stars, Sean Connery and Donald Sutherland, big stars. And I really felt kind of overwhelmed. It was very exciting and very terrifying a lot of the time."
We are honored to celebrate the genius of Donald Sutherland, and will continue to treasure his performance as "Agar."
