I recommend putting a stack of these scripts by the telephone near the sales tower so that managers can control how the phone is being used. This is a VERY simple dumbed-down script that is way simpler than what you're used to. But remember, we don't want to lose phone traffic because we just aren't answering or flat FUMBLING the phone call!
