It was meant to be the first time in more than two years that Yemen's warring sides would meet for peace talks in Geneva. Except, they didn't. The Houthi rebels never showed up. And their Saudi-backed government rivals took the opportunity to call the talks useless. Then, just hours after the talks collapsed, dozens of people were killed when fighting resumed in Hudaida.
