Russia and Iran's foreign ministers have met in Tehran to sign a cooperation agreement, days after an attack on Iran’s main nuclear facility.
Both ministers condemned the attack on the Natanz nuclear plant and encouraged the US to return to the 2015 nuclear deal and lift sanctions.
