The Vector Institute Research Symposium was a two-day event showcasing new cutting edge work from the Vector research community.
Over the last year, Vector researchers have balanced long-term fundamental research questions with the agility and ability to pursue targets of opportunity on socio-economic issues to benefit the lives of Canadians and the global community. Specific areas that Vector researchers have focused on and will continue to focus on over the next three years include: generative models, healthcare, sequential decision making, security, privacy & fairness and understanding machine learning and AI.
