The 2019 2020 2021 KTM 690 have a hull effects sensor for kickstand / Sidestand. Simple way to defeat sensor with no cost to you, is to use a magnet attached to Sensor. Be aware that the magnet pole has to be correct "North | South" pole. Just start the bike to test kickstand, it to make sure you have it the right pole.
