It was narrated from Sahl bin Mu’adh bin Anas Al-Juhani, from his father, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever eats food and said: Al- hamdu lillahil-ladhi at’amani hadha wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwatin (Praise is to Allah Who has fed me this and provided it for me without any strength or power on my part), - his previous sins will be forgiven.”

Show gratitude to your creator for the blessing of food that He provides you with by understanding, memorizing, and saying this dua every time you finish eating.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
During Prophet Muhammad ﷺ final sermon he said, “I leave behind me two things, the Quran and the Sunnah (Hadith), and if you follow these you will never go astray.”
Whenever we follow the Sunnah, it is a means for us to attain Allah’s love and a means for our sins to be forgiven. Allah tells us in the Quran, “Say, [O Muhammad], "If you should love Allah, then follow me, [so] Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." [3:31]
So let’s try our best and strive to earn the pleasure of Allah by following the example of His noble prophet.
…لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ
“There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent example…”[Quran-33:21]
