Vellamvelly Muraleedharan (Malayalam: വെള്ളാംവെള്ളി മുരളീധരൻ) , is an Indian politician and the eighth State President of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) in Kerala. #VMuraleedharan was born to Vannathanveetil Gopalan and Nampally Vellamvelly Devaki on 12 December 1958 at Eranjoli, Thalassery in Kannur District. He is a graduate in English Literature from Govt. Brennan College, Thalassery. He was closely associated with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) right from his school days.
