Join me exploring the former German city of Tilsit now known as Sovetsk. Currently the ONLY border crossing into Russia that has banned transport crossing and ONLY accessible via walking across the river Neman on the bridge.
You can enter Russia from the city of Panemune, Lithuania by walking across the bridge of Louise.
