On August 17, the author of the ""Global Wave"" public initiative Yaroslav Starukhin visited the construction site where the ""Sovelmash"" design and engineering technology department is being built.
""Global Wave"" is a project aimed at promoting breakthrough Russian technologies.
Yaroslav personally participated in developing the ""Sovelmash"" crowdinvesting project telling a fairly wide audience about it on his channel.
