Mandarin Chinese is an official language of the People in Republic of China and Taiwan and Not in south Africa

South Africa has 11 official languages this include Sepedi , Sesotho, Setswana, siSwati, Tshivenda, Xitsonga, Afrikaans, English, isiNdebele, isiXhosa and isiZulu.
