Welcome to this 25-minute full body workout with a ball! In this workout, we'll be doing a mat only Pilates routine that will engage your core, strengthen your legs, and tone your arms. All you need is a small ball or a cushion.
Throughout the workout, I'll be providing modifications and options so you can adjust the workout to your fitness level. And as always, make sure to listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
