After snapping ties with BJP for the second time and resigning as Bihar Chief Minister, JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar along with RJD's Tejashwi Yadav staked claim to form a new government in Bihar. In a media briefing with RJD on Tuesday, the Janata Dal-United leader announced to have submitted a list of 164 MLAs to the Governor. Kumar claimed the support of 7 parties along with independent MLAs in his 'Mahagathbandhan' to form a new government.
