Located in Al Hamda district of Al Bahah, this all-seasons waterfall offers breathtaking views to the visitor. Surrounded by steep cliffs and lush green fruits and vegetable farms, this hidden gem of Al Bahah is not known to most of the travelers. However, it’s located within the city of Al Bahah; the place is difficult to access specially with families as it requires some hiking. The easiest track passes by the fruits and vegetables farms at the back of the village which adds a lot to the beauty of the track. It’s not recommended to use this track in the rainy season as it gets flooded with rainwater coming from the mountains. The track ends at this beautiful waterfall with the soothing sound of water. I tried to go beyond this point by hiking on the steep cliffs on the right side of the waterfall but it’s not recommended if you are not wearing proper hiking shoes as the rocks are too steep and slippery. Swimmers can enjoy cliff diving at this heavenly beautiful location but at their own risk as coming back to the top would be a great challenge for them.
