In this video, Dr Aniketh Venkataram from Venakt Center will gives you a complete walkthrough of the procedure on a real patient with a grade 2b or grade 3 gynecomastia with moderate amount of fat and mild excess skin.
The surgery is done under local anesthesia which is a common practice in our center for almost all procedures. As we are using local anesthesia, it is possible for patient to turn and change to position which will be ease the surgery procedure. The patient can stand up during the procedure so that he can see the impact of surgery and make adjustments as needed
Commonly asked questions about the procedure in whether it is painful. Initial couple of minutes, there will be mildly painful but once the procedure begins it will bot pain at all.
Along with liposuction, we use Body Tite Pro which uses radio frequency to heat the skin and shrink the skin, unlike traditional procedure where the excess skin is removed. This also reduces scar marks as the cutting the skin to remove excess skin is replaced by 2 small holes which are barely visible

The compression dressing is done to squeeze out the fluid and help the skin shrink. The dressing needs to be done again after 2 days as it will become wet by then. The full result of the procedure will take up to 3 months to show up.
