Ingredients :
Moong dal - 2 cups
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
For Toppings - sliced onions, chopped ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves
Method:
-Take 2 cups moong dal, was and soak for 4 hours and grind into slightly thick batter, leave for two hours.
-Add 2 tsp rice flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp grated ginger and mix well.
-Pour the batter on griddle / non stick and spread and add sliced onions, chopped ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves on the dosa and slightly press and add oil around the edges.
-Once both sides are cooked, take into plate and serve with coconut chutney / ginger chutney.
